I was blown away by the customer service and the product. The customer service was literally personal. I have ordered from them a few times now and this last time they emailed me to check that everything was kosher so to speak. The product was clean and easily used but it was the customer service that blew me away. They actually care that the sample is usable and beautiful. The guy emailed me directly to make sure everything I got was in order and what I paid for. I would highly recommend.
